We do not sell your personal information for money. Depending on how you use this site, some of your activity may be shared with advertising partners in a way that United States privacy laws treat as a “sale” or as “sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising”. This page is how you stop that.
Three ways to opt out
1. Global Privacy Control
If your browser or an extension sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out request automatically for that browser and device. You do not need to do anything else, and you do not need to contact us. Learn more at globalprivacycontrol.org.
2. Browser cookie settings
Block or delete advertising and analytics cookies in your browser settings. This applies to the browser you are using at the time.
3. Email us
Send an opt-out request to support@jollyhubs.com. Put “Do Not Sell or Share” in the subject line and tell us the email address you use with us so we can find your records. This opt-out follows your account rather than a single browser.
What we will not ask you for
We will not ask you to send a copy of your driver’s license, passport, social security number, or any other identity document to make this request. We verify you by matching the details you give us to the details already in our records. If we genuinely cannot match a request, we will tell you why and what would let us proceed, and we will not ask for more information than that requires.
How long it takes
We action opt-out requests within 15 business days of receiving them, and sooner where we can. We also pass the request on to the advertising partners we have shared information with, where the law requires us to.
Authorized agents
You may use an authorized agent to make this request for you. We will ask the agent for written proof that you authorized them, and we may contact you directly to confirm.
We will not treat you differently
Opting out costs you nothing. We will not deny you products, charge you a different price, give you a lower level of service, or withhold a discount because you exercised this right.
If we say no
If we decline a request, we will tell you why in writing. You have the right to appeal that decision: reply to our response with the word “Appeal” and we will review it again and give you a written answer. If you are still not satisfied, you may complain to your state Attorney General.
