Registered office and return address are not the same place
These two addresses do different jobs, and sending a parcel to the wrong one is the single most expensive mistake a customer can make with us.

Start every return by email first, so we can send you the label and a return authorization number. A parcel that arrives without one takes much longer to match to your order.
A note on time zones
Our support hours are set in Eastern Time so they line up with the working day of most of our customers. Our supplier’s warehouse, where orders are packed, is in China and runs roughly 12 hours ahead. That gap is why a question we answer at 4:00 PM ET sometimes cannot be acted on at the warehouse until the following day. We build that into the 3–5 business day processing window, so it does not make your order later than we told you it would be.
