Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 7, 2026

Jollyhubs, a trading name of TMN Group Limited, operates jollyhubs.com and the products and services offered through it (the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using the Services you acknowledge that you have read this policy.

Personal information we collect

“Personal information” means information that identifies you or can reasonably be linked to you. Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:

  • Contact details: name, billing and shipping address, phone number and email address.
  • Order and payment information: the items you buy, order totals, payment method type and payment confirmation. Card numbers are entered directly with our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.
  • Account information: username, password and preferences, if you choose to create an account.
  • Communications: what you send us by email, phone or the contact form.
  • Device and usage information: IP address, browser type, pages viewed and how you arrived at the site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Where it comes from

  • Directly from you, when you place an order, create an account or contact us.
  • Automatically, through cookies and similar technologies when you browse the site.
  • From service providers who process information for us, such as payment processors and shipping carriers.

How we use it

  • To fulfil orders: process payment, pack and ship your order, send order and tracking emails, and handle returns, exchanges and refunds.
  • To support you: answer questions and resolve problems.
  • Marketing: send promotional email if you opt in, and measure and show advertising, including on other websites. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time with the link in each email.
  • Security and fraud prevention: detect and prevent fraudulent orders and protect the site.
  • Legal compliance: meet tax, accounting and other legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

Who we share it with

  • Service providers that run parts of our business for us: website hosting, payment processing, order fulfilment and shipping, email delivery, analytics and customer support. They may use your information only to provide those services.
  • Advertising and analytics partners, such as Google, to measure and show ads. Depending on where you live, this may be treated as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under state law. You can opt out on our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page.
  • Legal and business transfers: when required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep your cart and account working, to remember preferences, and to understand how the site is used. Advertising cookies help us measure and show ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the cart and checkout need essential cookies to work. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out of sale and sharing for that browser.

Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. We do not sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security and retention

The site is served over HTTPS and payments are handled by PCI DSS compliant processors. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. We keep personal information for as long as we need it to provide the Services, meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other states with privacy laws, you may have the right to:

  • know what personal information we hold about you and get a copy;
  • correct inaccurate information;
  • delete your information;
  • opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising;
  • appeal our decision on your request.

Email support@jollyhubs.com to make a request. We verify requests by matching the details you give us to our records; we will not ask for identity documents. You may use an authorized agent. We respond within 45 days and will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.

International transfers

TMN Group Limited is registered in Hong Kong and our service providers may be located in the United States and other countries, so your information may be processed outside the country where you live.
