Terms & Conditions

Effective date: September 10, 2026

These terms govern your use of jollyhubs.com and every purchase you make through it. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read the sections on contract formation, reviews, and disputes, because those are the ones people are most often surprised by.

1. Who you are dealing with

jollyhubs.com is operated by TMN Group Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong, with its registered office at Suite C, Level 7, World Trust Tower, 50 Stanley Street, Central, Hong Kong. In these terms, "we", "us", and "Jollyhubs" mean TMN Group Limited. "You" means the person placing the order.

Orders ship from our supplier's warehouse in China. Returns are handled at our returns center at 233 Broad St, Elizabeth, NJ 07201, United States.

2. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You must provide a delivery address in the United States, including Washington DC, Puerto Rico, or an APO/FPO address. We do not sell to customers outside the United States, and we do not sell for resale.

3. Your account

You can check out without an account. If you create one, keep your password to yourself and tell us promptly if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for orders placed through your account.

4. Products, descriptions, and availability

We describe products as accurately as we can and we correct errors as soon as we find them. Screens vary, and manufactured goods vary slightly from unit to unit, so treat published colors and measurements as close rather than exact. Our Disclaimer page covers this in more detail.

Listing a product does not promise it is in stock. If an item is unavailable after you order, we tell you and refund that item in full.

5. Prices and pricing errors

All prices are in United States dollars and are shown before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order you have already paid for.

If a product is displayed at an obviously wrong price because of a technical fault or a typing error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full instead of fulfilling it. We will email you before we do. This covers genuine mistakes, not discounts we chose to offer and later regret.

6. How a contract is formed

Your order is an offer to buy. The confirmation email you receive immediately after checkout acknowledges that we have your order; it is not our acceptance of it. A contract is formed when we send you the shipping confirmation email for the items in that shipment. Until then we may decline the order, in whole or in part, and refund you.

7. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout. Full details, including authorization holds and foreign transaction fees your bank may add, are on our Payment Policy page.

8. Delivery and returns

Delivery times, shipping costs, delivery areas, and what happens to a lost parcel are set out on our Shipping Policy page. Your return rights, the 30-day window, the free prepaid label, and refund timing are set out on our Refund & Returns page. Both pages form part of these terms.

9. Customer reviews

If we publish customer reviews, we follow the Federal Trade Commission's Rule on the Use of Consumer Reviews and Testimonials. In plain terms, that means:

  • We do not write, buy, or commission fake reviews, and we do not use artificially generated reviews.
  • We do not give discounts, free products, gift cards, or anything else of value in exchange for a review, whether positive or negative.
  • We do not suppress, hide, or delete a review because it is critical. We remove a review only if it contains unlawful content, personal information, or abuse.
  • If an employee or anyone connected to us ever writes a review, that connection is disclosed alongside it.
  • We do not misrepresent that reviews come from independent customers when they do not.

When you submit a review, you confirm it is your own honest experience, and you give us permission to publish it on this site.

10. Acceptable use

Do not use this site to break the law, to scrape or copy the site at scale, to interfere with its operation, to attempt to gain access to systems or accounts that are not yours, or to submit content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringing. We may suspend access if you do.

11. Intellectual property

The Jollyhubs name, the site design, the text we write, and the images we produce belong to us or to our licensors. You may view, share, and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not republish our content, use it to train a commercial model, or use our name or branding in a way that suggests we endorse you.

12. Copyright complaints

If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, email us with: your contact details; identification of the work you say is infringed; the URL of the material you want removed; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature. We investigate every notice we receive and remove infringing material.

13. Links to other sites

We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of any site we link to. Their rules apply once you leave ours.

14. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the site and its content are provided as they are, and our total liability in connection with any order is limited to what you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or under any implied warranty your state does not permit us to disclaim. Some states do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

15. Indemnity

If you break these terms and that causes a third party to bring a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and damages that result. This does not apply to claims caused by our own acts or omissions.

16. Governing law and how disputes are handled

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and our courts of general jurisdiction are in Hong Kong.

That does not shut a United States customer out of a United States court. If you are a consumer resident in the United States, you may bring a claim relating to your order in the courts of the state where you live, and you may use your local small claims court, which is usually the fastest and cheapest route for a dispute about a single order. We will not argue that a claim you bring at home should have been brought in Hong Kong.

We do not require arbitration, and we do not ask you to waive your right to join a class action.

Your rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms. Nothing in these terms limits, and nothing in them is intended to limit, the authority of the Federal Trade Commission or your state Attorney General to enforce consumer protection law, nor your ability to file a complaint with either of them, with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, or with your state consumer protection office.

17. Events outside our control

We are not in breach of these terms if performance is delayed or prevented by something genuinely outside our control, such as a natural disaster, a carrier network failure, a customs stoppage, or a government restriction. If that happens we tell you, and if the delay becomes unreasonable you may cancel and be refunded in full.

18. General

If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our not enforcing a term on one occasion does not waive it. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our agreement; we may transfer ours if our business is sold, and your rights are not reduced if we do. These terms, together with the policy pages they refer to, are the whole agreement between us.

19. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the version published on the day you placed it. When we make a material change we update the effective date at the top of this page.

20. Contact
